ABOUT
We are a young theatre company from the North East. Our work is raucous and completely free form. We drag the audience through styles, times, places and people to show all the insidious ways masculinity gets its claws in. One moment we are playing explosive drums and synthesizers, the next doing a pseudo-stand-up routine then staging a scene before changing the script onstage and having a fight over who gets what line. We never want the action to stagnate, we keep our audience on the edge of their seat, never knowing what’s going to happen next or how it will happen, whether us or they are completely safe. We blend styles and forms to keep the audience's hearts in their throats from the moment the show starts until the moment the house lights come back on.
